Abstract

Etiopathic factors of development of autoimmune ovarian deficiency of the inflammatory nest were displayed: continuous course of the chronic inflammatory diseases of pelvic organs, predominance of the mixed-forms in the microbe view. Physiological modulation of ovulation due to the change of the systematic inflammatory, local ovarian immunological factors during the chronic inflammatory diseases of pelvic organs and the influence of circulating antiovary antibodies, deforms to the strengthening of atritic processes of follicles.
