Abstract

Significant decrease of adenine deaminase activity in erythrocytes and increase of adenosine deaminase and adenine deaminase activities together with decrease of AMP-deaminase activity in lymphocytes of patients with systemic scleroderma was discovered after the treatment course. Differences between all degrees of pathological process activity were demonstrated to be significant. Evaluation of activity of the enzymes under investigation promoted more precise diagnostics of the degree of process activity and the control therapy efficiency in patients with systemic scleroderma.

Keywords
