MODERN ASPECTS OF THE COURSE AND METHODS OF PREVENTION OF RECURRENT URINARY TRACT INFECTIONS IN PRESCHOOL GIRLS

Abstract

Urinary tract infections in children are increasingly attracting the attention of specialists, which is due to their wide spread, high recurrence rate, are widespread, have a serious prognosis and require the search for the earliest diagnosis, optimization of therapy and prevention of exacerbations. The article provides a retrospective analysis of the medical histories of children undergoing inpatient treatment in the nephrological department of the state healthcare institution «Children's Clinical Hospital 8»,Volgograd in order to analyze the grounds for choosing preventive therapy schemes with the possibility of further catamnestic evaluation of the effectiveness of prevention. According to the results of the analysis, the prevalence of therapeutic dosage prescriptions of furazidine and nitroxoline was revealed.
