ТHE PSYCHOPHARMACOLOGIC PROPERTIES OF THE DERIVATIVES OF GAMMA-AMINOBUTYRIC ACID (GABA) WITH THE HETEROCYCLIC SUBSTITUTE IN THE -POSITION

Abstract

There was carried out a study of the psychopharmacologic properties of the derivatives of gamma-aminobutyric acid with the heterocyclic substitute in the в-position – the compounds with the laboratorial cipher РГПУ-136 and РГПУ-160. It was ascertained that the compound РГПУ-136 possesses nootropic activity and increases exercise performance; РГПУ-160 shows distinct anxiolytic action comparable the preparation of positive control diazepam in intensity, reduces exercise performance as well as muscular tonus and muscle strength of the animals.
