Medical factors of natural origin are used for the treatment of persistent atrophic vulvovaginitis in perimenopausal women. The effectiveness of treatment was evaluated by using colposcopy, psychological tests and determining the concentration of estrogen by IFA – method. The results of treatment were satisfactory, the estrogen level in plasma did not change.
