This paper presents results of investigation of 203 postmenopausal women. 50% of women have different pathological types of day-night blood pressure profile (both hypertensive and normotensive). Parameters of blood pressure profile are connected with left ventricular geometry changes and diastolic function as in pts with arterial hypertension and without it as well.
