MODEL OF OPTIMIZING IMPLEMENTATION OF RESEARCH FINDINGS INTO HEALTH CARE

Abstract

An information monitoring system was developed for the purpose of controlling implementation of research findings in health care of Russian Federation. This system helps to regulate, systematize and make a complex use of information of on-site work, which is an additional factor optimizing the implementation. A process approach to optimization at the expense of restructuring was complemented with a resource component. The proposed model is both workable and effective.
