24-HOUR AMBULATORY BLOOD PRESSURE MONITORING PECULARITIES IN ELDERLY PATIENTS WITH AFFECTIVE DISORDERS

Abstract

As a result of our study was restored that elderly patients with affective disorders had a grater risk target organs damage because of statistically significant evidence of systolic blood pressure (SBP) variability in the day, SBP morning elevation parameter and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) morning elevation velocity increasing, and also the peakers prevalence in the daily index of SBP and DBP. It was statistically significant evidence of isolated systolic hypertension among this patient’s category.
