STUDY OF NEW ANTIOXIDANTS STABILIZING ELTON BALNEOLOGICAL REMEDY

Abstract

Estimation of antioxidation activity of the new antioxidants GMBC-1 and ferulic acid in comparison with dibunol was performed. This study was carried out using the model of autooxidation of the lipid complex of balneological remedy «Elton» when heated and exposed to light. GMBC-1 was noted to have the highest activity reducing the formation rate of primary and secondary oxidation products.
