Abstract

The paper describes a method of estimating the ffectiveness of implementing medical advances into health care practice on the basis of innovative result with financial leverage, precluded economic damage, therapeutic effect and economic benefit from cost cutting, etc. we present an information system making it possible to perform a comparative analysis of effectiveness of research for the sake of enhancing its quality and effectiveness.
