Insufficiency of nonspecific resistance mechanisms and specific host-defense mechanisms as breast cancer risk factor

Abstract

Development of immunodeficiency prior to neoplasia is a factor of insufficient elimination of spontaneously formed malignant cells and, correspondingly, the factor leading to the subsequent carcinogenesis stage, promotion. Methods of non-adjuvant and adjuvant polychemotherapy used nowadays aggravate insufficiency of nonspecific resistance mechanisms and, thereby, alongside with eradicating tumor cells, these methods are a factor of metastasis of tumor cells (they pass to mitosis phase) while prior to polychemotherapy these cells were dormant.
