Diagnostics of algesic forms of abdominal adhesive disease

Abstract

The painful form of adhesive illness without dysfunction of an internal at earlier operated patients arises owing to formation of unions in various areas of a belly cavity. A painful syndrome are capable to cause both vistsero-parietalnye, and vistsero-vistseralnye solderings. The laparoscopy including a visual estimation of changes of bodies of a belly cavity, allows to establish presence, character and prevalence of adhesive process in a belly cavity, to exclude presence of other diseases of a belly cavity that facilitates an establishment of the reason of a painful syndrome.
