DEFINITION OF OBJECTIVE CRITERION OF ENDURANCE FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF HEALTH IN THE HEALTHY

Abstract

On the basis of the analysis of ergometric, regenerative and stationary parameters of practically healthy volunteers an objective (numerical) criterion of endurance is proposed. A study of its prognostic and diagnostic value revealed some regularities of endurance development thus allowing us to use this criterion for objective evaluation of health.
