COMPARATIVE EFFICIENCY OF KORAKSAN (IVABRADIN) AND IZOPTIN SR (VERAPAMIL SR) IN CORONARY HEART DISEASE PATIENTS AGAINST A BACKGROUND OF BRONCHOOBSTRUCTIVE DISEASES

Abstract

Simple parallel group randomized investigation was performed. Ivabradin (or verapamil SR were administered for 4-week treatment of postMI silent ischemic patients with stable angina (class I-II) and concomitant controlled/partly controlled bronchial asthma or moderate/severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Both drugs have demonstrated the same resting HR reduction, antianginal/antiischemic activity, tolerance of physical exertion improvement.
