STUDY OF ENDOTHELIOPROTECTIVE EFFECTS OF DIFFERENT DRUG GROUPS ON MODELS OF L-NAME-INDUCED DEFICIENCY OF NITROGEN OXIDE

Abstract

The modelling of deficiency of oxide nitrogen introduction L-NAME to rats led to development of arterial hypertension, increase in the factor of endothelial dysfunction, decrease in the maintenance of nitrates/nitrites levels, hypertrophy of cardiomyocytes. Introduction of donors NO, activators of No-sintase, antioxidants, antihypertensive drugs has revealed comparable endotelioprotective effects.
