ALLELIC POLYMORPHISM OF CYTOKINE GENES IN CHRONIC RENAL TRANSPLANT REJECTION

Abstract

Polymorphism of promoter region of cytokine genes (IL-1, IL-1, IL-1R, IL-1RA, IL-12, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, IFN-, TNF-, TGF-) in 98 recipients of allogenic kidney was studied. It is shown that the development of chronic renal transplant rejection is associated with the structural features of genes of key cytokines IL-1, IL-10, TNF-, receptor of IL-4.
