Authors have examined and treated 48 patients with abdominal sepsis. It was shown that including plasmapheresis in the complex therapy scheme had a positive effect on the parameters of central and peripheral hemodynamics and also improved energetic processes in the myocardium and functional condition of organs and systems in general.
