CACER OF SINGLE KIDNEY

Abstract

Single kidney cancer is one of the most difficult diseases in choice of the optional treatment tactics. Removing the only functioning of vital organ with subsequent renal replacement therapy leads to life-threatening compl ications and determines the outcome. The priority is the development of measures for the early detection of cancer and nephron-sparing surgery from minimally invasive endoscopic surgeries to extracorporeal kidney tumor resection with kidney autotransplantation.
