Abstract

Acute toxicity VMA-99-82 was investigated in the context of further study of pharmacological properties and definition of the range of safety of a new substance. The paper presents the results of studying acute toxicity and defining LD50 parameters of VMA-99-82 (9 [2(4-isopropylphenoxy) etyl] adenine) compound upon intraperitoneal and parenteral (intramuscular, hypodermic) administration to rats.
