Pharmacoepydemiology and pharmacoeconomics – the new trends of evidence medicine

Abstract

Pharmacoepidemology and pharmacoeconomics are described as new trends in evidence-based medicine. They aim at developing optimal treatment patterns based on their cost, efficiency and life quality importance. Their application will result in both decreased loss of work ability and all kinds of costs.
