Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate results of pathomorphological analysis the internal organs calves. In vivo experiments (N=17) with the electromechanical implantable left ventricular assist device (LVAD) were conducted. The calves lived from 5 hours to 27 days. Pathomorphology of heart, lung, liver, kidney and spleen was conducted. The results show that LVAD can provide necessary parameters of hemodynamics.
