ANTIAGGREGANT AND ANTITHROMBOTIC ACTIVITY OF NEW SUBSTANCE P2Y1-ANTOGANISTS – SBT-119 EX AND IN VIVO

Abstract

We investigated antiaggregant and antithrombotic activities of indole derivatives Sbt-119 with P2Y1-antagonistic properties on experimental models. It has been established that this substance surpasses the drug of comparison, Ticlopidin (р  0, 05)as to the extent of antiaggregant effect and thrombogenesis time.
