Abstract. In experiments on outbred and CBA line mice we have established that such immunomodulators as T-activine, mielopide and polyoxidonium in the dose of 10 μg/kg daily for ten days while administering cyclophosphamide as a "dose-dense" chemotherapy invoked significant restorative activity of natural killers, antibody-dependent mediate cell-mediated cytotoxicity, function of macrophages.
