Abstract

Methods of treating large and giant ventral hernias and their complications are constantly updated as they are aimed at reducing the number of postoperative complications, recurrences and death. The article presents a review of foreign and domestic literature sources on the treatment of large and giant postoperative hernias in modern herniology.
