The paper analyzed of the level and structure of the prevalence of upper respiratory tract infections as well as hearing organ diseases in children and adolescents in 2012—2013 in Volgograd. Acute viral upper respiratory tract infections predominated in child population. Moreover, a high prevalence of chronic pathological conditions of the respiratory tract, hearing organ and mastoid process diseases was registered.
