We demonstrated the application of SWOT, STEP and SPACE-analyses for evaluating the internal and external environment of an enterprise. The technologies of these methods are replicable and can be included in the methodological support of an automated workplace of an enterprise marketing specialist. Strategic ways of strengthening the position of a manufacturing enterprise at the modern market were described.
