Abstract

The present article provides the findings of the study of the impact of human -interferon and CD4 glycoprotein antibodies on the immune system of HIV-infected patients. The combined administration of the standard antiretroviral therapy and the antibodies has been found to result in an increase in CD3+ and CD4+ cells. These changes were associated with the stimulation of -interferon, IL-2 and IL-4 secretion.
