The article presents a comparative analysis of the results of questioning of patients and medical personnel using the tools of lexical analysis of medical records. The questioning was conducted simultaneously in a 24-hour in-patient clinic.A survey was conducted of all patients discharged from the hospital during the week, and all medical workers who worked during the period. The questionnaire for staff includes questions about patient satisfaction. The formulation of questions is «mirror» to the questions of the questionnaire of patients. The results of the questionnaire convincingly testify to a higher assessment of the conditions and the provision of medical care to patients compared with the assessment by medical personnel.
