Proposed method plastics of the anterior abdominal wall in the treatment of postoperative ventral hernias of any localization. The proposed method of plastic is low-impact and simple to perform, contributes to the speedy recovery of the motor-evacuation function of the gastrointestinal tract, does not increase intra-abdominal pressure, allows the use of mesh implants without special coating, reduces the operation time and reduces its cost. The described method can be used for any localization of postoperative ventral hernias.
