Abstract

On the basis of modern views on mechanism of the isсhemia-reperfusion syndrome occurring in patients of various age groups, which constitutes a complication of intestinal impassability, we considered the need for studying clinical and laboratory findings of systemic inflammatory response before and after elimination of intestinal obstruction. Prevention of development of the isсhemia-reperfusion syndrome, early diagnostics and further forecast of postoperative complications has proven the use of this surgical tactics at an early stage of the postoperative period.
