Dependence of 291 adult intestinal microbiocynoses on ecological and geographical factors was invest igated. An increased level of dysbiosis was revealed in people habitating in environmentally unfavourable regions. In accordance with the extent of microecological disorder an individual algorithm of intestinal microflora correction was d eveloped.
