The article presents a typical model for the development of standard operating procedures in a medical organization. As part of the model presents the main components (sub-processes) of the process in a certain sequence, the relationship between the components, expert assessment of the complexity of the process in terms of its components, the possibility and direction of change (variation) of the process during its implementation in medical organizations, process participants, targets, methods of control and monitoring, risk factors of failure or late execution of the process and measures to prevent their occurrence.
