The paper presents data on the production of liposomal preparation of cefazolin, with evaluation of its physical and chemical properties. A comparative study of the influence of cefazolin in its free and liposomal forms on the activity of liver enzymes in white mice determined that immobilization of antibiotics in nanoliposomes decreased their inhibitory action on protease, alkaline phosphatase and phosphorylase
